Catching Up On All My Delicious Reading

Thanksgiving is over and it's time to move on to the gift giving holidays. There is no better gift than the written word. Over the next few weeks, for all you steamy romance readers, I'll be posting the reads that I think are five star, I may even mention a few notables. Any and/or all of these books will make perfect gifts for your friends who are into reading Good Good, or you can stuff your own stocking with something a little bit naughty and and nice. There's something to be said for self gratification! With that said let's get started.

First on that #TBR/Gift list should be Roses's Thorns by LeTeisha Newton. Rose's Thorns is the second in the "Happily Never Happened" series. Personally, LeTeisha Newton is one of my go to erotic romance writers. I have NEVER read one of her works and been disappointed. Honestly I don't know how she does it, but I want to thank what or whoever her muse may be.

Second on my list is also from LeTeisha Newton, it's called Seer's Burden. Two words, OFF. THE. CHAIN! What I enjoy the most about Newton is that no matter how many paranormal/shifter series she writes, her characters and story lines are never redundant. There is always a twist, turn, or just that little something extra that she ads to her characters to make each unique.

I'm looking forward to Newton writing a second book in this series, there's just too many characters that have a story that needs to be told!

Third on my list was a sequel that had me salivating! Kym Grosso's much awaited Jax. Jax is the seventh book in the Immortals of New Orleans series. All of Kym's works can be enjoyed as a stand alone, but I highly suggest that you start from book one and read your way through.

My fourth and fifth suggestions are both by the same author. These very well done reads are going to fall into my notables. Noelle's Rock and Noelle's Rock 2 by Theresa Hodge. Two very enjoyable reads and an excellent series. Well done Theresa!
